Louise has over 30 years’ experience as a team leader, coach, workshop innovator, horse trainer and rider.

Obtaining her private pilots licence at the age of 21 and looking for ways to keep involved with aeroplanes, Louise first went to work in the airline industry. Using her technical skills from flying an aeroplane, Louise worked as an aircraft load planner for many years on 747’s and DC10 aircraft.

Louise studied to be an equine behaviourist and natural horsemanship specialist. Over 12 years ago she combined her love of horses and a passion for personal development to create an equine facilitated leadership development approach.

Louise travels Australia facilitating programs on emotional awareness and personal and professional development, training others in this field as well as teaching natural horsemanship.
