Andrea has spent over 10 years helping organisations change and grow their businesses through transforming their people. Beginning her working life as a microbiologist, she moved into medical and pharmaceutical roles in marketing, sales and customer service management.

She worked on customer service projects for two major pharmaceutical companies in Australia, the result of which was instrumental in both of them receiving the Australian Quality Award. Since leaving the pharma industry, and setting up her own consulting and coaching business, she has worked in Australia, Singapore, India and HK.

Along with Louise Kropach, Andrea has combined her love for horses and her professional skills in the areas of staff engagement, leadership development, team building, and executive coaching to develop the equine approach to leadership development.
